an ongoing, incomplete promise…
A lovely photo montage by a 22-year old Parisian photographer named Adrien.
Wow Sion, this was a montage fantastique!!! A few years ago I assembled a collection of B&W photos that I shot while in France. The photos of this young photographer are so full of life. If you don’t mind, I’d like to share this montage on my blog. Bonne journée!
Yes, isn’t it a lovely montage? Such a talented young photographer! Of course, share away! It’s *social* media. Have a great day!
Just beautiful! I’m going to add this montage to our Duke in France FB page for our study abroad students going to Paris.
Great, Joy! I’m sure it will make the students eager to get here!
These are beautiful – thanks for sharing! You know, Paris loses absolutely no beauty, glamour or sparkle in black and white photos. They capture all that, plus the mystery.
I loved the photo of the snowman builder in front of the Eiffel Tower. My cat Harry made friends with a snowman when he escaped the other night…you can read all about it in my latest blog post (bad kitty!).
Paris probably *gains* more in black and white! (It is a very, very gray these days – normal! – so I prefer the plain black and white to the real grisaille ; )
I’ll check out your bad kitty story.
Gorgeous montage! Question – who is the music by? I love it too!
Yeah, it’s gorgeous. You might be able to track down the music on YouTube. Song is called “Memories.”
LOVE it! Love it. Romantic but real.
Gorgeous! Reminds me that I don’t try hard enough to surreptitiously add passers by into my photos.
Yeah, the human element definitely adds a lot to photos!
Adrien really captures the modern-day look and feel of Paris, doesn’t he? Like Doisneau, fast-forwarded a few decades! Thanks for sharing this, Sion!
