First Signs of Spring!

Last night I returned from Prague around midnight. It was wonderful discovering a new city – and I’ll be sharing more about that trip soon.

Prague was pretty cold, though. Much better than I expected (the forecast before I left had predicted rain and below freezing temperatures and that did not come to pass), but I have to say waking up this morning in Paris to bright sunshine was fantastic. The sun is supposed to continue its star role and the City of Light will hit 60 degrees this week. Hooray!

It’s not my neighborhood park by any means (I’m a Right Banker all the way!), but the Luxembourg Gardens holds a special place for many. It’s certainly a good place to mark the arrival of spring.

I hope your week is starting off bright and sunny, too. More soon!

*grabs sneakers and runs to park* :) There is nothing, NOTHING more brilliant in Paris than the first warm, sunny days of spring. This week is of particular perfection and everyone’s mood seems to shift accordingly. LOVE IT. WELCOME BACK! Can’t wait to read about Prague!

I know. I feel like a different person! Joy! Happiness!

Still a little groggy from a whirlwind trip, but will get my act together and write about Prague soon.

Forgive me if it takes a little bit, though – I will of course be out in the sun :)

quite jealous! I just left Paris where it was cold for the entirety of my trip and returned to a rainy Pennsylvania. :-/

Enjoy the sunshine in Paris for me!!!!

Oh, that’s too bad. If it makes you feel any better, rainy Paris is much more the norm than sunny Paris at this time of year, so you got the real deal! Hope the sun shines for you in PA soon!
